Order Processing

All orders are made and prepared after purchase. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to follow your package’s delivery progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist you as much as possible.
